Kindness is a powerful force — not only towards others but also towards ourselves. While we often offer care and compassion outwardly, it’s easy to forget that we, too, are deserving of that same gentle attention.

Self-kindness isn’t selfish — it’s essential. It supports our mental well-being, helps us recover from stress, and reminds us that we are worthy of care simply because we exist. In this video, “Be Kind To Yourself”, I share something dear to my heart: a self-care box I created, filled with simple, thoughtful objects that prompt me to pause and extend kindness to myself.

Practising acts of self-kindness promotes mental well-being, yet we often overlook its significance. I have produced this video, demonstrating a box of objects I created that encourages me to do kind things for myself.
